On Wednesday and Friday nights, the II Bar opened to the masses. Our barmasters were offering bystanders the choice between "flaming" or "spicy" drinks while the flaming camp sign was making a show of its own. To kick off each bar night, we held a sign lighting ceremony which involved a fairly un-conventional way to light a flaming metal sign: short burst from one of our flame throwers to light the pilot.
